This first blog will honor Mr. Fred Rogers and his Neighborhood. He was a great example of a wonderful friend and a happy person.

Suggestions for more peace and joy:
- Look for animals to watch, like ducks swimming or birds flying.
- Breathe from the belly to get out of your head.
- Leave the place cleaner than you found it.
- Smell the Dandelions! Notice the Clouds, Feel the leaves, Notice how different bird songs make you feel.
- Listen with your imagination to the center of the earth vibrating, planets spinning, the grass growing, the ladybug singing! Be your own Steven Spielberg!
